It began in 2011 when I started my own boutique creative shop in NYC with a core of 4 team members, servicing giants like Nike and Axe, to smaller brands that are more niche as well as startups.

I was eventually recruited into McCann NY where I served as Technology Producer, quickly being elevated to a Senior level after the first year of tenure. During my time, I collaborated closely with Senior level creatives to vet concepts and bring them to life.

Staying within the IPG family, I found myself as a Senior Producer at R/GA, where I was fully dedicated to Samsung Global, servicing their mobile line of business. There, I produced everything from campaigns to digital products, as well as brand level strategy with qual & quant research, all while managing large teams and multimillion dollar budgets.

Taking a slight detour from core advertising, I joined the executive leadership team at co:collective (a creative and strategic transformation partner for purpose-led businesses) as their Head of Production, bringing a vision to build out a Production discipiline as the business scales and evolves; which led to the creation of a new practice - Experience. Working with a select internal group, we performed (and are still continuing to) the development of this new practice, which included strategic work of how it would integrate into the existing business model, defining it’s ethos, existence and offerings, to how the new practice shows up in the world.

After my time at a strategy consultancy, I boomeranged back to the world of advertising where I joined the culture-forward agency, Translation. I came onboard as an Executive Director with the primary objective of developing a new line of business for the enterprise - 16 Bars - a Maker Studio that lives within the Production department of Translation. The existence of this Maker Studio was born out of neccessity and organically generated revenue before I came on with a team of 3. At my helm, I rebranded the name to what it is today, completely built out the operating infrastrucutre, grew the team with key new hires, acquired 2 direct clients to the studio, expanded capabilties and 3x’ed the revenue and increased the EBIDTA by 10%+ within my first year of tenure. 16 Bars’ primary creative disciplines live in Design and Filmmaking, where I inherited the entire Design department from Translation as well as UnitedMasters’ events marketing team. 16 Bars now has a team of 15 talented Makers that fall under my leadership as we service internal initiatives, our own clients, Translation’s clients, and UnitedMasters’ brand partnerships.
