Overview: Project Blitz was a full 360 brand development project, servicing a startup client in the footwear and fashion space. On the technology front, the eCommerce store was fully developed in-house by my agency on Magento with a backend infrastructure developed on the cloud at Rackspace. During this journey, we identified content requirements and developed the visual style of product images as well as the tone-of-voice for the brand. We had to orchestrate the tech development with a parallel path approach with the client’s new warehouse while executing the implementation of the inventory system.

In addition to the efforts on the tech development and warehouse operations, there was much work done in building out the brand’s overarching identity with the creation of a first-phase visual ID system while establishing photographic styles for lifestyle and social content. Upon launch, my agency managed all the brand’s marketing and PR efforts which was all led under my direction.

With my connections in this industry, I was also able to lead efforts in getting Project Blitz’ celebrity clientele as well as it’s rare vault products, into different media publications to amplify marketing efforts.
